How do I use Value Direct?
When you register by telephone, you will be given a 30-day FREE trial to our members-only website. The telephone representative will provide you with a Username and Password which gives you unlimited access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To view listings, simply enter your Username and Password on our home page and begin your search!

How big is the Value Direct database of listings?
Currently, we have hundreds of thousands of properties in foreclosure that include single-family homes, apartments, vacant land, income property and mobile homes as well as tens of thousands of auto-auction listings in our database. We have an entire team dedicated to updating the listings to ensure our members have the most current and up to date information available.

What happens when the free trial ends?
Your FREE 30-day trial will begin the day you first login to ValueDirect.com and agree to the terms of use. It will end 30-days later. At the end of your free trial and every month thereafter unless you cancel, the membership fee will be automatically billed to the credit card or checking account you already provided to Value Direct.

I have a FREE trial membership for Homes, what can I expect?
Free trial members for Home listings are granted full access to our entire database of properties in pre-foreclosure or foreclosure. You can search in any zip code, city, county or state. Each listing will provide you with as much information as we were able to obtain on the property including number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, address, contact information for the listing party, geographical mapping and much more!

I have a FREE trial membership for Autos, what can I expect?
Free trial members for Auto listings are granted full access to our entire database of auto-auction houses in the United States. With thousands and thousands of auction sites you can search in any zip code, city, county or state to locate auctions near you. The contact information for each auction will be provided so you can schedule your visits and obtain a complete list of the cars available at the next auction.

How can I get a Username and Password?
If you are currently not a member and would like to get a FREE 30-day trial to Value Direct, call us directly at (toll-free) 1-800-781-7204 and speak to one of our trained representatives. We will set you up with your own Username and Password so you can begin your home or auto search right away.

I forgot my Username and Password, can you help?
Your User Name is your last name and your Password is your phone number beginning with the area code.

How do I discontinue my membership?
Discontinuing your membership with Value Direct is easy and hassle-free! Click Here to send us an email with your cancellation request. Simply select “Cancellations” from the subject menu and fill-out the email template. You must provide your Username, Password and your email address. Your cancellation request will be processed automatically and you will have no further obligation.

Are the fees refundable?
The monthly membership fee is a non-refundable monthly charge that provides you with 24/7 access to our database of nationwide listings. If you decide the membership is no longer for you and wish to discontinue paying the monthly fee, you may do so at any time with no further obligation.
